Yoga Classes
Chakra Flow:
Explore the Chakras through dynamic Yoga poses and singing bowls. This Yoga flow will encourage and improve movement through your energy points with the extra bonus of Chakra tuned singing bowls.
Flow, energize, balance, and tune in with this all-levels Yoga flow class.
Yoga Flow:
A balanced class moving the breath and body with a steady, but challenging, all levels pace. Linking your breath with your body creates a balanced Yoga flow that will strengthen muscles, stretch your body, and tune your nervous system. This is a dynamic style of Yoga with creative sequencing that can be physically challenging but rhythmically calming and balancing at the same time.
Hatha Yoga:
A little slower, and more instructional, but can still be a flow with more yoga pose breakdown and details about body alignment and mechanics. This class is perfect for those first beginning a Yoga practice. You will learn traditional applications of yoga and be introduced to Yoga postures, pranayama, and meditation.
Strength & Mobility:
This class will include active stretching, bodyweight and lightweight exercises, and mobility drills to improve posture and full-body range of motion. Build core strength for posture, mobility for improved daily movement, and muscle strength for joint health and mobility.
This is an all-levels class, and it will offer modifications for all movements. You can opt to not use weights and rest as needed.
Flow + Sound Bath:
This class will begin with a Yoga flow combining mindful movements and your breath to prepare your body for deep relaxation at the end. Your relaxation will be accompanied by a brief sound bath to wash over you.
50-Minute flow followed by an 8-10 minute sound bath...just enough to get you going for the rest of the day or bring a calming end to your night.
Yoga Rope Wall:
This prop based class is perfect for those looking for a deep stretch and overall mobilization. Ropes rigged on the wall are used to help traction and stretch as well as offer balance and support to help make postures more approachable. This class will focus mostly on releasing tension and reducing pain, making it a somatic practice.
Special Instructions:
Online pre-registration and prepayment is required for this class. Spaces are limited.
Aerial Yoga:
Aerial Yoga is a hybrid of Yoga and Aerial Arts using a hammock to help deepen stretches, build strength, and open your mind to new ways of exercise movement. This class is the best way to prepare for more advanced Circus classes. We recommend this class to build strength in grip and core and increase mobility and range of motion in stretching. This is a challenging class, but your instructor will offer modifications to make your strengthening journey safe and enjoyable.
Special Instructions:
Online pre-registration and prepayment is required before attending. Spaces are limited.
What to Wear: Please wear long, close-fitting pants or leggings that cover the entire back of the knee. The midriff should be covered to protect the skin from the fabric. Ensure there are no zippers or buckles on clothing and prior to class please remove watches, bracelets, rings, and any hanging earrings.
YOga Sculpt:
Traditional Yoga flow with light weights and other Yoga props to introduce resistance to your Yoga practice. Extra resistance in traditional Yoga postures will improve full body strength, cardiovascular health, and posture. While this class will focus on strength and endurance, you will still practice intentional movements guided by breath and body awareness. Ditch the weights if you want to enjoy a normal, good old Yoga practice!
All levels class
Bring your Yoga mat, water, and a sweat towel!

Weights Strength Training
Must be 16 or older.
Conscious movement doesn’t stop with Yoga, but is a constant theme in all of our classes, including weights strength training.
Learn how to safely lift weights, using controlled reps and specifically designed programming aimed at building strength and overall movement capacity. This program focuses on classic barbell lifts, but also incorporates dumbbells, bands, and other accessory weightlifting equipment. The class is limited to a small number of participants so you can receive personal instruction and assistance in your form and modifications, if needed.
This will be a barefoot class OR shoes that have not been worn in from the street. No shoes will be permitted beyond the front door, unless they are clean shoes designated specifically for this class. Socks are welcome, but barefoot is recommended if not bringing spare shoes.
Lockers are available for gym bag storage.
Circus Classes…
Must be 16 or older; we do not offer kid’s circus classes.
Aerial Silks:
Aerial silks are rigged on a spinner at 13 feet rigging points. The silks are split ribbons that provide you with many options for conditioning grip, arm, and core strength. Build base strength on the silks to prepare your body and mind for more challenging skills such as climbing, wraps, dives, and drops. This class is all levels and will progress from conditioning skills through fundamental skills and into more intermediate and advanced options for continuing students. Build a small combo to begin, and watch it grow as you get stronger!
Aerial Hoop (Lyra):
Our steel hoops are rigged at a moderate height for all levels to condition and prepare multiple levels of skills and transitions. Learn under hoop, in the hoop, and top hoop skills and transitions to create a fun sequence. Class will begin with a warm up and conditioning skills to move you comfortably into the hoop for more strength based skills. This is an all levels class and will progress from conditioning skills through fundamental skills and into more intermediate and advanced options for continuing students. Take time at the end of class to put your skills and transitions together to create an expressive aerial dance!
Aerial Sling:
Aerial fabric is rigged in a tear drop shape on a spinner for the dance inspired class offering more support than traditional split silks. This class is a great conditioning class for Aerial Silks, but is a beautiful stand alone practice for those that really like to spin and flow. You will learn inverts, climbs, wraps, rolls, and dives in this class. This is an all levels class, so we will safely progress from simple to complex movements and connections in the air. Even the most simple and beginner friendly moves can be challenging in this apparatus, but if we add in a little spin and some fluid transitions to create fun, all levels combos.
Private sessions can be booked for: Silks, Sling, Lyra, Trapeze, Rope, cloud swing, and loops.

Online preregistration and prepayment is required before attending.
What to Wear: Please wear long, close-fitting pants or leggings that cover the entire back of the knee. The midriff should be covered to protect the skin from the fabric. All Levels: All Circus classes are all-levels, but that does not mean easy! Be prepared to work the same skill over and over until you are ready to progress to the next level. This is a multilevel curriculum program which means there may be students practicing at many levels of our curriculum. We offer modifications to all levels, however we will monitor each participant's progression and offer individual guidance; students are expected to work independently at their appropriate level of practice.
Weight limit 350lbs on all apparatus
Remember: absolutely no teaching of other students will be tolerated; you will be asked to leave the studio if you violate our safety polices. You must be on time to every circus and pole class; the warm-ups are extremely important, and if you are going to more than 2 or 3 minutes late, please reschedule for another class.
