1. Must be 13 or older to attend classes at Studio Seva.

  2. Please do not allow children to be unattended while you are visiting the studio. We have several hanging apparatus that could be unsafe for children.

  3. If you are visiting the studio, please do not climb on or hang from the circus apparatus.

  4. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Single memberships and the 40 day intro may not be shared. Packages are shareable.

  5. All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.

  6. Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule.

  7. Studio Seva is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.

  8. Front door will be left open during class. If you stop in and we are in class, please text, and we'll contact you as soon as class gets out.

  9. Studio Seva reserves the right to refuse entry.

  10. All purchases of services and products are final.

  11. In attending classes at Studio Seva, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Spark Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  12. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.

  13. It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.

  14. Unpaid classes or membership payments will be back-charged.

  15. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class if you are new to the studio.

  16. If you have never been to the studio, please take the time before arriving to create your online account and client profile. Once you complete your profile and sign the online waiver, you can sign up for classes. You can pay for your class online, or purchase your packages/memberships/drop-ins in the studio.

  17. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class if paying in studio.  Payment is not required for the weekly yoga classes at the time of registration. Circus classes do require payment at the time of registration. 

  18. While we prefer you to sign up online before classes, we know this isn't always available. If you need help setting up your account in the studio, arrive 10 minutes prior to class to allow for ample time to do so.

  19. Late arrivals will not be accepted into the class without payment or client setup. 


  1. Class cancellations must be made 1 hour prior to the start of a reserved class. This will give us sufficient time to notify our waiting list. If you do not attend or cancel within 1 hour of start time, you will be fully charged for the class.

  2. Cancellations must be made through our online reservation system or smartphone app for Apple or Android devices. Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail or phone.

  3. Workshops can be fully refunded if canceled 24 hours after purchase. After this time, you will be fully charged for the workshop.

  4. Please late cancel if you are unable to attend to make your space available to others.

  5. If you are on a waitlist and moved into the class roster, you will be notified via email.


  1. Gear to bring: Yoga mat and a water bottle. Socks are not recommended. Shoes are left in the locker room.

  2. No jewelry, zippers, or other items that may snag on the silk hammock.

  3. Motion sickness is common in this practice, if you are prone to vertigo or extreme motion sickness this practice might not be suitable for you.

  4. Aerial Yoga is only offered as a private, one-on-one session. Please submit an appointment request to set up an appointment.

  5. Private packages (sold in packages of 5) are to be used within 3 months of purchase date.

  6. If you are unable to make your private session, please provide 24 hours notice. Late cancellations will be subject to charge.


  1. Gear to bring: No mat required. Safety mats are provided. Bring water bottle.

  2. No shoes or socks.

  3. Pre-registration is required. Use our online registration system to reserve your spot in class.

  4. Cancel within 1 hour before class starts to avoid being charged for the class. If you cancel in reasonable time, your account will not be charged for the visit. The drop in or class package will be held in your account for future use.

  5. No long fingernails, jewelry, zippers, or sharp objects.

  6. Circus classes are not included in yoga packages and memberships.


  1. Gear to bring: mat, towel, and water bottle.

  2. No shoes or socks.

  3. Yoga Tune Up and Yoga Rope Wall require pre-registration online through our online registration software.

  4. Please make sure to turn off cell phones before entering the practice area.

  5. If you need to leave class early, let the teacher know, and he/she will assist you in leaving without disrupting the class.

  6. If you are late to class, come on in! Life happens, and if you are running a few minutes late the door will still be open. If you are running more that 5 minutes late, consider coming to the next class on the schedule for safety purposes and out of respect to the other students and teachers.


  1. "Yoga" class packs may be used for yoga classes only (does not include aerial Yoga; this is part of the Circus/Aerial program)

  2. "Circus" class packs may only be used for circus classes.

  3. Class packages do not expire.

  4. Class packs are non-transferable and non-returnable.


  1. No contractMemberships automatically auto-renew monthly. Membership fees will be automatically charged to your credit card or bank account.

  2. If you need to update or change your billing method, please update your online account right away, or updated in studio as soon as possible.

  3. To cancel, please text or email Joni with at least 7 days notice of next scheduled charge date. If you notify of cancelation with less than a 7 day notice, refunds will not be issued for the next month's payment.

  4. If you cancel a membership, you may lose your existing rate.

  5. Pro-rated amounts will not be refunded.

  6. If your monthly auto-payment fails for any reason, then your membership may be cancelled and you may be assessed a fee.

  7. Members will be back-charged for any and all missing or unpaid membership payments.

  8. Members may pause a membership once in a calendar year for up to three months. To request a membership freeze, please email or text Joni, with at least 7 days notice prior to next billing date.


  1. Gift cards can be purchased in studio or online.

  2. Gift cards can be purchased and sent electronically through our online store.

  3. Gift cards are non refundable and not redeemable for cash.


  1. Valid for new clients only. One purchase per student. 40 days are consecutive

  2. New clients are defined as individuals who have never previously attend classes, workshops, or events at any Studio Seva.

  3. Try any class on the schedule, including circus!

  4. This promotional trial period is non-transferable and non-returnable.


  1. Payment plans must be established (automatic deductions) prior to training.

  2. Payment in full is expected if not setting up a payment plan.

  3. If in arrears for payment, training will be subject to suspension and possible termination.

  4. Training fees are non-refundable, not-transferable, and not pro-rated.

  5. If trainee fails to complete the training requirements, refunds will not be given.

  6. Training must be completed within 18 months.
