A comprehensive teacher training that blends yoga, sculpt, and aerial yoga into a unified movement system. Trainees learn the Seva Method’s signature sequencing, cueing, and safety principles while developing the skills to teach confidently across multiple modalities.

Upon completion of mentorship program you will be certified in: Yoga, Sculpt, and Aerial Yoga (three certifications in one training).

Payment plan: $450/month (three month apprenticeship)
