New Class times!

Beginning November 13: Saturday Vinyasa Flow with Joni at 4:30 pm

This class will flow with breath awareness, fun posture exploration, and end with relaxation, meditation, and time for reflection.

Beginning November 28: Sunday Gentle Yoga with Hannah at 3:30 pm

Hannah will guide you through gentle postures that will allow space and meditations in this mental and emotional therapeutic Yoga class.
