All students must complete a waiver before attending any classes at Studio Seva. You may be asked to complete a waiver annually for proper record keeping. We do not ask for any medical information, and ask that you not disclose personal medical information on the waiver itself. If you feel that you are at risk due to physical or mental health, please let your teacher know prior to each class.


In checking the box below, and electronically signing, I agree that Studio Seva is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.

I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition which would limit my participation in the classes offered at Studio Seva. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the yoga or Aerial classes, programs, or workshops at Studio Seva. I understand the risks associated with the activities offered by Studio Seva, and I agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely participate in classes, workshops, or other activities.

I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE Studio Seva LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and instructors, from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered at the facility. In taking part in the yoga classes, Aerial classes, Circus classes, workshops, or other activities at Studio Seva, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, workshops, or other activities.


I understand that classes at Studio Seva may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury or possible property loss. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Studio Seva or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its content. I am legally competent to sign and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

  • classes for every level and ability; Each class is taught with clear instruction, detail, and mindfulness.

  • Pre-registration is recommended for all classes, and required for Yoga Rope Wall.

  • Doors open 15 to 20 minutes prior to class times.

  • New members and visitors to the studio should register online and sign an online waiver before class.

  • Classes can be purchased online or in studio upon first visit.  Aerial Yoga requires payment online before reserving a spot. We accept all cards and cash. No checks, please.

  • Yoga mats are available at the studio, free to use. We have a wide variety of props as well, but feel free to bring your own preferred props to the studio.

  • Private yoga and aerial yoga sessions are available by appointment. Click here


Yoga | Aerial Yoga | Circus

All of Studio Seva's mat yoga classes are all levels and offer modifications to all students. Yoga mats and props are available for students to use, free of charge. Yoga class styles range from restorative to power yoga, including gentle yoga, Yoga basics, vinyasa flow, heated classes, alignment classes, and guided relaxation/meditation. Please see the schedule for all of our offered classes with detailed class names and descriptions.

Classes can fill up quickly, so registering online before attending a class is  recommended.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Must be 12 or older to attend yoga classes. 

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga classes are taught in aerial hammocks, which are considered a prop to the yoga practice. The aerial hammock provides support for Inversions, standing postures, stretching postures, and balance postures. You will also learn aerial dance skills and transitions to tie yoga postures together into an aerial yoga flow. Aerial Yoga Basics is a great class to start with to learn how to move in the hammock. Most Aerial Yoga classes are all levels, and no experience is required. Advanced aerial yoga classes do require the ability to pull yourself up in to a hammock, from above head. 

Aerial yoga classes are limited to 8 people per class. Please sign up online before attending the aerial yoga class. If you are on a wait list, you will be emailed if a spot opens.

Yoga rope wall

The Yoga Rope Wall is a system incorporating ropes attached to the wall to assist in alignment, balance, and strength, designed by B.K.S Iyengar. You will use the ropes to practice balancing posture, stretches, standing poses, backbends, and inversions. The ropes will support up to 800 pounds, so all bodies, shapes, and sizes are welcome! This is a great class to learn the basics of yoga, stretch out tension, and build strength, balance, and flexibility. The Yoga Rope wall is an all levels class, and no experience is required.

Class size is limited to 8, so please register online before attending a rope wall class. If you are on a wait list, you will be emailed if a spot opens.

Yoga Tune Up® is a blend of traditional yoga asana and corrective exercise principles used to highlight joint mobility and stability. Therapeutic self-massage techniques using specially designed therapy balls enhance this unique combination of stretching, mobilization, and relaxation work. This practice may include work at the rope wall, as well as the use of other props to facilitate myofascial release and gentle relaxation. This class is led by certified YTU teacher, Tiffany Holmes. 

Certified YTU teacher Tiffany Holmes leads this class.

Must be 16 or older to attend Yoga Tune Up classes. 

Yoga Tune Up®


Studio Seva's Circus classes are aerial acrobatics classes open to all levels of abilities. This class is instructed as a mixed aerial apparatus class including: silks, trapeze, hoop, rope, cloud swing, and loops. Circus classes are all levels, and no experience is required. The circus class is taught with foundation as a focus and are led with an open gym concept. The instructor will work one-on-one with new students while helping each continuing student to refine and build skills and tricks. Circus classes are not part of the yoga program, and are held in the front/entry circus studio. We have 4 silks, three hoops, three static clouds, two static trapeze, three ropes, and one set of loops for the students to use, at their will. If you are only interested in using one specific piece of equipment, contact Joni to schedule a private class session. Although, once you get here, you won't be able to try just one! 

Class size is limited to only 6, so please register online before attending a circus class. If you are on a wait list, you will be emailed if a spot opens.
